Welcome to D360 Bouncers (“D360”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the D360 mobile application, website, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to both Customers and Captains (security professionals registered on the platform).
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
Customer: Any individual or organization booking security services through D360.
Captain: Independent security professional (bouncer/guard/driver-cum-bouncer) registered on D360 to provide services.
Service: Security-related services listed on the D360 platform.
Booking: A confirmed service request made by a customer through the platform.
D360 is a technology-enabled marketplace that connects customers with independent captains.
D360 does not directly employ captains and does not guarantee outcomes beyond facilitating bookings, payments, and basic quality checks.
Customers must provide accurate booking details (date, time, location, service type).
Bookings are subject to captain availability.
D360 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in exceptional situations.
All payments must be made through the D360 platform.
Prices shown are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by D360’s cancellation policy.
Treat captains with respect and professionalism.
Do not request illegal, unsafe, or unethical activities.
Ensure a safe working environment for the captain.
Captains must provide accurate personal, professional, and identification details.
Captains are onboarded based on internal verification and platform requirements.
Police verification is NOT mandatory or required to register or operate as a captain on D360.
Captains operate as independent service providers, not employees of D360.
Captains are responsible for their own conduct, performance, and compliance with local laws.
Captains must:
Arrive on time and in proper attire (uniform or plain clothes as required).
Maintain professionalism, discipline, and respectful behavior.
Avoid use of alcohol, drugs, or misconduct during service hours.
Follow customer instructions as long as they are legal and safe.
Earnings are credited based on completed bookings.
D360 may deduct platform/service fees as applicable.
Payment cycles and timelines are defined within the app.
Customers may cancel bookings as per the cancellation policy.
Captains must not cancel confirmed bookings without valid reason.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to account suspension or removal.
D360 facilitates connections but is not liable for personal disputes between customers and captains.
Customers and captains are expected to act responsibly at all times.
D360 is not responsible for loss, injury, or damages caused due to misuse of services, force majeure events, or third-party actions.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Illegal activities or services
Harassment, abuse, or discrimination
Physical violence except lawful self-defense
Misuse of the platform or false bookings
Impersonation or false identity
Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban.
Customers may rate captains after service completion.
Captains may also provide feedback on customers.
D360 reserves the right to remove biased, abusive, or false reviews.
D360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts (customer or captain) for:
Breach of these Terms
Repeated complaints
Fraudulent activity
Unsafe or unprofessional behavior
User data is handled as per D360’s Privacy Policy.
By using the platform, users consent to data collection for service improvement, safety, and communication.
D360 may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance of revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of applicable courts.
